What weight is right for a beginner?
If you are new to weighted ropes, we recommend starting with our 1/2 LB cable. It provides enough tactile feedback to improve your timing without overwhelming your forearms, allowing you to focus on proper form before sizing up.
Can I use it on concrete?
For the longest lifespan of the cable coating, we highly recommend jumping on a rubber gym mat or smooth athletic flooring. Concrete and asphalt will accelerate the wear and tear on the heavy cable over time.
How do I adjust the length?
Our handles feature a quick-release locking mechanism. Simply push the lock inward, slide the cable to your desired length, and release to secure it. You can trim excess cable with heavy-duty wire cutters if needed.
Is it good for building muscle?
